HOW TO SELL TO US 
Please ensure to follow all the steps below before requesting a quotation.

 

1. Take clear photos of each pair showing the shoes condition. We recommend taking the photos in natural daylight or a brightly lit room so we can accurately judge the condition. Send over the photos either to our Instagram (@tn.town) or email us info@tntown.co.uk with the uk shoe size and a description. 

2. We will provide a price quotation based on the condition and demand of the items you have. Once a price is agreed, we will provide our address for you to ship your order.

3. The next step is to ship your items to our HQ for us to inspect, we recommend using a tracked delivery service to prevent any delays, please ensure your items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit.

4. Once we have checked over the shoes and confirmed the condition is as described, we will send over your payment via Paypal or Bank Transfer.

  • When shopping at Tn Town, every item we sell is 100% guaranteed authentic. We pride ourselves on ensuring that every item is genuine and we strictly never deal with counterfeit goods.

  • We only deal with verified suppliers and our staff are trained in authentication. 
  • UK orders: We currently use Royal Mail as our courier. All items are sent tracked and signed for. Once your order is packed and dispatched, it will be delivered in correspondence with the delivery option selected at checkout (2-5 days), (1-3 days) or (Next Day Delivery).

  • Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking code via email.

  • International orders: Please see your chosen postal option for delivery time estimates.
  • All items sold by Tn Town are brand new, unless stated otherwise.

Yes, only within the UK. We accept returns and exchanges (subject to availability). If you are unhappy with the item/ items in your order, a return or exchange can be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Order confirmations are sent out automatically via email for every order, please ensure you check your spam / junk folder.
