UK Postage

All orders to the United Kingdom come via express delivery!

Orders are sent between Monday and Saturday.

Tn Town dispatches all packages from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked delivery service. 

Tn Town always aims to get your order to you as soon as we can, however during busier periods it could be 2-5 working days from the time of order. 

Delivery updates with tracking information will be sent via email so you are kept informed on your order as soon as it's placed.

International Postage

International postage costs will depend on the weight and value of the item, this price will be shown at checkout.

If you are based outside the United Kingdom, the following postage timeframes apply:

Europe: 5-7 working days*

Rest of the World: 10-15 working days.

*Please note any orders going outside the UK may be subject to delayed delivery times due to Non EU preliminary custom checks. In this case delivery may be delayed to clear customs however it is the decision of the receiving country when the parcel is released & Tn Town will not be liable for this. 

International buyers may receive a customs charge. Tn Town is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. 

Please note due to the ongoing worldwide pandemic shipping times may be delayed. 


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer a return or exchange service within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To complete your return, the return form provided must be filled out and all instructions on the form must be completed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, all tags/labels attached and the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please note, Tn Town is the reseller & not the manufacturer of items sold. Once 30 days has passed & the return period is closed, Tn Town is no longer liable. 

Tn Town will not be responsible for the postage expenses of the return.

Once processed, please allow up to 2 business days for the payment to be applied back to the payment method.
