Tn Town dispatches all packages from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. 

All orders are fully compensated and insured with the chosen courier.

Delivery updates with tracking information will be sent via email so you are kept informed on your order as soon as it's placed.

Our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery will deliver your parcel the next working day if ordered before 3pm, excluding weekends. If ordered on the weekend, your parcel will be shipped Monday & delivered the next working day (Tuesday). 

Tn Town will not be responsible for parcels that go missing due to incorrect shipping address given.

Tn Town is not responsible for parcels that are not collected from the Post Office in the time-frame given on the courier website. These items will not be 'returned to sender' as our address will not be written on or inside parcels for obvious security reasons.

Any other items that do not arrive because the courier lost them will either be refunded or sent a replacement item out if available. This only occurs when an investigation is concluded with the chosen courier.

Delays can occur during busy periods, we will make sure you are updated from the moment you place an order.

If delivery is refused a £10 restocking fee will be charged where applicable. 

Due to the nature of our industry, shoe boxes may arrive damaged. Tn Town cannot guarantee the condition of original boxes due to storage and / or goods in transit.

Please note, any shoe over 5 years old is considered a collectors item and is to be worn at the buyers own risk. Due to natural ageing, materials such as glue, rubber, and paint may deteriorate over time, even if unworn. Tn Town is unable to hold any responsibility for the performance, durability or longevity of vintage pairs and no refunds or exchanges will be provided for age-related wear.

International Postage

International postage costs will depend on the weight and value of the item, this price will be shown at checkout.

If you are based outside the United Kingdom, the following postage timeframes apply:

Europe & Rest of the World: 10-15 working days*

*Please note any orders going outside the UK may be subject to delayed delivery times due to Non EU preliminary custom checks. In this case delivery may be delayed to clear customs however it is the decision of the receiving country when the parcel is released & Tn Town will not be liable for this. 

International buyers may receive a customs charge. Tn Town is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in additional charges and the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost.

Refund Policy:

Tn Town is a reseller, not a manufacturer and therefore unable to hold responsibility for the manufacturing quality, performance, durability or longevity of the products sold. We are unable to provide refunds once a product is used; if the product was not used we would accept an exchange no problem. Please be aware that unfortunately this decision is final and cannot be overturned.

You must send your return within 14 days of receiving your product or your refund will not be accepted.  In order to receive a refund, the product must be unworn, tags attached, in new condition with your order receipt included. Please ship your return back to us using an outer cardboard box, to ensure protection of the shoes and the shoe box, failure to do so could lead to damage meaning we would not be able to accept the return.

Please purchase a postage label using a tracked and signed for delivery service and send to the address above. We recommend using Royal Mail / DPD / UPS / DHL. Please refrain from using Hermes to send your return where possible

Once we have received your return, we will check to make sure everything coincides with our Terms and Conditions and we will then process your refund within 3-5 working days. This will then show on your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. To start the return process please email info@tntown.co.uk with your order number & return reason. 

We are unable to offer returns on pre-owned items due to the nature of the goods. If you have any questions, please email info@tntown.co.uk. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on pre-orders due to the nature of sale. All pre-order sales are final.

We are unable to offer refunds or returns on international orders. All international sales are final.

If ‘Express Shipping’ or ‘Guaranteed Next Day Delivery’ is selected at checkout & the item(s) are delivered within the given timeframe, we are unable to refund the original postage cost upon return. 

Exchange Policy:

You must send your exchange back to us within 14 days of receiving your product or your exchange will not be accepted.  In order to receive an exchange, the product must be unworn, tags attached, in new condition with your order receipt included. Please ship your return back to us using an outer cardboard box, to ensure protection of the shoes and the shoe box, failure to do so could lead to damage meaning we would not be able to accept the return.

Please also be aware that our prices can fluctuate depending on size; if the price is different when requesting an exchange, you will be invoiced the price difference, once paid we will dispatch your exchange. If the invoice is not paid within 14 days, we will return your original order back to you.  Please allow 5-10 working days for us to process your exchange. If we are out of stock of the requested size, we will contact you via email to discuss alternative options.

  • UK orders: We currently use Royal Mail as our courier. All items are sent tracked and signed for. Once your order is packed and dispatched, it will be delivered in correspondence with the delivery option selected at checkout (2-5 days), (1-3 days) or (Next Day Delivery).

  • Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking code via email.

  • International orders: Please see your chosen postal option for delivery time estimates.
  • Currently, all items sold by Tn Town are new, we do not stock pre-owned items.

Yes, only within the UK. We accept returns and exchanges (subject to availability). If you are unhappy with the item/ items in your order, a return or exchange can be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
